Run #1: Performance Condition -5

Getting out the door for my first run back took longer than the run itself. Between the clothes that didn’t fit and the voice suggesting tomorrow might be better, I realized it wasn’t really about mileage.


Recovery Day

The day after my first run back felt mostly fine. A few old aches and pains showed up, the kind runners know well. Garmin, on the other hand, seems convinced I need 58 hours to recover.
